  • Technical issues preventing credit usage within 24 hours of purchase
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service unavailability lasting more than 48 consecutive hours
  • Unused credits within 7 days of purchase (subject to review)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Credits that have already been used to generate images
  • Dissatisfaction with generated image quality or results
  • Credits purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Account suspension or termination due to terms of service violations
  • Change of mind after successful credit usage

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@orcax.com within 30 days of purchase
  2. Include your transaction ID and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation
  4. Allow up to 5-7 business days for review and processing

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where some credits have been used, we may issue a partial refund based on:

  • The number of unused credits remaining
  • The time elapsed since purchase
  • The nature of the technical issue or complaint
  • Your account history and previous refund requests

6. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Other payment methods: Up to 14 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. Credit Alternatives

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer:

  • Additional bonus credits as compensation
  • Extended credit validity period

8. Dispute Resolution
