2. Service Description

OrcaX provides AI-powered image generation services on a pay-per-use basis. Credits are purchased to generate images, with 1 credit consumed per image generated. The quality and results of generated images may vary based on prompts and settings provided.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payment

Credits are purchased through our secure payment system and are:

• Non-transferable between accounts
• Non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
• Valid for 12 months from date of purchase
• Consumed at a rate of 1 credit per generated image

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OrcaX to create, generate, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit adult content, violence, or hate speech
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Attempts to manipulate or deceive others

6. Intellectual Property

Images generated through OrcaX are owned by you, the user. However, OrcaX retains the right to use generated images for service improvement, marketing purposes, and showcasing platform capabilities unless you specifically opt out.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, OrcaX does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate service for maintenance, updates, or violations of these terms without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

OrcaX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of OrcaX after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
